How long until the technician arrives?

Usually 20–40 minutes depending on your location and traffic. You see the expected arrival time before confirming and can follow the technician live.

Do prices include VAT?

Yes. All prices on the website and app include 15% VAT, and you receive an e-invoice after the service.

How can I pay?

mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and STC Pay through the secure Moyasar gateway, or cash to the technician after the job.

Is there a battery warranty?

Yes, 12 to 24 months depending on the battery, registered to its serial number on your invoice.

Can I cancel?

Cancelling is free before a technician is assigned. After that a 25 SAR fee applies. See the refund & cancellation policy.

Do you serve outside Al-Madinah?

For now we cover Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah from our head office. New cities will be announced in the app.
