By using the AUTOSTART app or website, or ordering any service from us, you agree to these terms. The service is provided by Start Trading Establishment in Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah.
1. Services
- We provide: sale and fitting of car batteries, jump-starts, towing, spare tyre changes and limited fuel delivery.
- Service is available within our coverage area in Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah and during working hours.
- We may decline an order if the location is unsafe or out of range; no charge applies in that case.
2. Prices and payment
- All prices are in Saudi riyals and include 15% VAT; the final price is shown before you confirm.
- Pay with mada, Visa, Mastercard or STC Pay through Moyasar, or in cash to the technician after the job.
- We never store your card details; payments are processed entirely by Moyasar.
- Any extra charge during the job applies only after you approve it in the app.
3. Your obligations
- Give an accurate location and a correct description of the car and the problem.
- Be at the car, or name someone to meet the technician.
- Be the owner of the car or authorised to order the service for it.
4. Warranty
- Batteries carry a 12 to 24 month warranty depending on type, linked to the serial number on your invoice.
- The warranty does not cover misuse, electrical faults in the car or non-original modifications.
5. Liability
- We take reasonable care while providing the service and are responsible for damage caused directly by our technicians' error.
- We are not responsible for faults that existed before, or are unrelated to, the service.
6. General
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes in the app.
